I’ve been trying to find the time to scrap an occasional page here and there. Now that it’s (supposedly) summer here, the time to do fun creative stuff has been replaced with spending time outdoors. When I do find the time to be creative, I find myself going for fast and simple creations. I whipped up this page one evening in a short amount of time. It’s very simple, but I like it.
The photo was one I took for Project 365 back in April. Dad and Gigi were being silly one day and I snapped some photos of them together. I gave the photo an antiqued overlay when I retouched it. And when I used it on the layout here, I blended it into the background paper to make it even more subtle. Just a very simple ribbon, tag, and wordart to complete the layout.
